Dakota Beef Partners with Sara Foster to Launch "Fresh Every Day" Cookbook



New York – June 24, 2005 – Dakota Beef LLC today announced a partnership with Sara Foster, celebrated chef, entrepreneur and best-selling author, to launch her highly-anticipated new cookbook, Fresh Every Day (Clarkson Potter 2005).

To kick off the partnership, Dakota Beef and Foster held an exclusive tasting event for the food industry and media at Jonathan Waxman’s acclaimed restaurant, Barbuto, in New York City. The event highlighted dishes from Fresh Every Day, including recipes like Peter’s All World Burgers and Tequila Lime Skirt Steak prepared with Dakota Beef’s certified organic New York strip steaks, skirt steaks and other products.
